Bubble and Bee Coconut and Lime Lip Balm Review

I've been holding out on you guys. I found an amazing company with dozens of products I approve of and have been diligently testing out oodles of their concoctions. However, none of my tests had reached maturity, until now.

Bubble and Bee is an incredible company. It is the second product line I have found without a single product or single ingredient I disapprove of (for the only other company like this, see this post). I have spoken multiple times with the founder and brains behind the company, Stephanie Greenwood. Stephanie's knowledge of personal care products is both phenomenal and simultaneously humbling. She won't use a single ingredient that is unsafe for her customers. And she won't use an ingredient that is safe for her customers, but dangerous for her workers. This is a company with a conscience.

They use organic ingredients wherever possible and are USDA certified organic. They only use non-BPA plastics and their labels are not made from trees, but stone. That's right, they're saving your skin and the forest.

Alright, enough of my glee. What did I think of the coconut and lime lip balm?! Well first of all, it lived up to all my expectations. It smelled like a beach on Bali. Or maybe a margarita. The perfect summer scent. It goes on smoothly with a luscious finish that gives a hint of shine. It has never melted in the tube, despite the weekend I spent an entire day on a hot, sunny boat.

The most exciting part is the inclusion of stevia. When you lick your lips, or someone lucky gets a kiss, your lips taste divine.
I'm not gonna lie, it's not difficult to find a lip balm with ingredients that gain my approval. It's probably one of the easiest products. But this one put a smile on my face. And I've still got two more waiting in the wings: caramel apple and peppermint cocoa!
